Perfil del contratante

En este apartado se encuentran las instrucciones que, para el ámbito interno de la Cámara Oficial de Comercio, Industria y Navegación de Avilés, habrán de regir el procedimiento de adjudicación de los contratos de obras, servicios y suministros que no estén sujetos a regulación armomizada, de acuerdo con el art. 175.b) de la Ley 30/2007, de 30 de Octubre, de Contratos del Sector Público.

Por el contrario, para los contratos sujetos a regulación armonizada, se estará a lo que establece la citada Ley 30/2007.
